Healthy Hearty Granola

Homemade granola can be healthy, comforting, and guilt-free treat.
As most of the store-bought granolas are high in sugar, contains of unhealthy fats, and it's packed with unnecessary ingredients.

Making it your own at home is super easy, and it also allows you to control the amount of sugar and quality of ingredients. Besides that, you're able to change the ingredients and add in some flavours that you love! Trust me, your house gonna smell amaaaaaaazing!

Old Fashion Oats / Rolled Oats :  Heart-healthy! These oats will keep their shape during baking.
Seeds :  I used chia seeds. As chia seeds are a " whole grain " food, non-GMO and also naturally free of gluten! Besides that, chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants, high in protein and Omega-3 fatty acid.
Natural Sweetener :  HONEY.
Dried Fruits :  Besides those typical raisins, dried apricot. I chose to use dates and goji berries. Goji berries are considered one of the super food family as they are alleged to boost immune system and brain activity, protect against heart disease and cancer.
DUMP IT ALL IN!

MIX IT ALL!

LAY AND BAKE!
