Morning is a fresh start full of opportunity and hopes. Kiss those morning blues goodbye! Do not dread on those upcoming assignments or classes. Instead, think positive thoughts. Example, think about what you're grateful for this morning. It's all about the mind, all about the attitude. Although, you may not able to control what's gonna happen during the day, but you do can control your emotions and make rational responds with a positive thinking.
Besides that, you can start off your day with a good healthy exercise for example have a bike riding morning with your love ones, or even with your best friends! It can boost up your mood and even keep you fit and healthy * burn the calories so that you can enjoy more food * ;)
2. EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST
Some people thinks that breakfast is not important. But to me, breakfast is one of the most important meal of the day, I do eat like a king for breakfast. I know i shouldn't skip breakfast, you know you shouldn't too, so be sure to take a few extra minutes to enjoy a smoothie or even a quick yoghurt parfaits with fruits.

Don't be so serious in the morning. You can dance to your favourite song, play with your pets, or even have a little pillow fight with your love ones. This kind of playfulness with stick with you throughout the day, do not afraid to go wild and have fun!
