Nectarine Blueberry Galette | mandybakes

Finally, this recipe is up!

If you're looking for something to make, this Nectarine Blueberry Galette might be just the thing for you! I've made them the day before I go for my trip to Singapore with my friends, Karmen and Rachel.

I love galettes because the rustic tart-like / pie-like crust, is filled with any type of fresh fruits that you want, and the fact that galette doesn't has to look "perfect"!

8. Remove the dough from the fridge, and place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spoon the fruits into the center and fold in sides.
9. Whisk 1 egg in a small bowl, brush onto the crust.
10. Sparkle the crust with some sugar.
11. Bake for 30minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
12. After taking out from the oven, let it chill and is ready to be served!
